I am not a professional, but I am passionate and I have learned a lot about compassionate listening, emotional processing, empowerment through a holistic approach of the physical, intellectual, emotional and energetic. I love to use and share the tools that I have for the greater good.
I can hold the space for you, without judgement, and help you gain more clarity about what you're feeling deep inside, how it might block an area of your life, how to liberate yourself from the blocks, and how to handle difficult situations. I'd be happy to do that for groups or individuals.
The 4 core feelings: anger, sadness, fear, and joy, get a bad rep in our culture, when all they are is a source of energy and information. We all have all of these 4 feelings come and go. But we tend to repress them. For instance, anger is not socially acceptable for women. Fear and sadness are not socially acceptable for men. This makes people repress their emotions, which can have unconscious and negative impact on their lives. Having the vocabulary, and forming the necessary distinctions between feelings and emotions, recognizing mixed emotions, and understanding how to use feelings for leading a responsible and empowered life, are the tools that I think we all need and that I want to share.
