Your Timebank just bought a 10'x10' tent for us to use at our festivals or picnics. It has a great bag on rollers to store it and move it to and from the site. However, it is too long to fit into any of the board member's car trunks to transport it. It's 5 f 2" long.
Could you take the responsibility of storing it and delivering it to the festival site on the day of the event and also, picking it up and storing it when the event is over that day? Our events are in the months of June, July and August. Some we need to have tents for and some provide a tent. We would always try to use an existing tent when available.
The first event is the MOCA festival, Sat. June 18th in the Morgan Street Junction of West Seattle (California Ave and Morgan) at 10:00 am. The tent could be picked up before then at Tamsen's home or delivered from her house that day if preferred. Tamsen lives at 6338 38th Ave SW which is between Morgan and Graham Street so it's close to where the festival is held.
