I find baking therapeutic and way to break up my day of working from home. My favorite recipe is a rustic round half-whole-wheat sourdough loaf. We have bread coming out of our ears, so I need homes for new loaves. I have flour for now, but if you have extra I am happy to turn it into bread for you! (I usually use half white bread flour and half whole wheat, but this recipe is adaptable.)
I live near the West Seattle Nursery and can host contactless pickup. Can also arrange delivery if that works better.
I'm thinking of asking 2 hours per loaf, but flexible if you feel short of hours.
