Harvesting will take place in the late summer or early to late fall. I have 2 summer trees and one fall tree. My three apple trees have apples that can be juiced or cooked for applesauce. They have the apple maggots so not good for eating, but a little protein doesn't hurt. LOL! Actually the apple maggots are harmless to Humans, just not the most appealing. Lat year I made a lot of apple wine, applesauce and froze it, and I still have a good supply, so this year the apples are give a-ways. I'll give you an hour to help me harvest.
