The Timebank's main fundraising event is a sale on West Seattle Garage Sale Day, May 9.
We need lots of help!
- Donating stuff: Flexible between now and May 8 - We've got a lot already but always welcome your quality donations. We can pick up.
- Organizing donations: Flexible between now and May 8 at Hannah & Julie's. Bring your sorting skill and judgemental spirit.
- Sale set up: May 8 anytime between noon and 6 PM (two-hour shifts appreciated) at Hannah & Julie's - respond to ad or email. Need 2-3 people at a time and your gifted merchandising eye!
- Morning-of set up: May 9, 7 AM to 9 AM at Hannah & Julie's - respond to ad or email. Need 2-3 people. Will have coffee and snacks.
- Morning shift: May 9, 9-noon at Hannah & Julie's, watching the sale, rearranging merchandise, helping customers, handling cash if you want. Need 2-3 people. Will have coffee, cold drinks, and lunch.
- Afternoon shift: May 9, noon to 3 at Hannah & Julie's, watching the sale, rearranging merchandise, helping customers, handling cash if you want. Need 2-3 people. Will have cold drinks and lunch.
- Cleanup: May 9, 3-5 at Hannah & Julie's. Pack up leftovers. Optionally carry away leftovers for donation.
- Celebrate: TBD. Gather to revel in the fact that it's over and unpack what to do better next year.
