I love to cook dried beans in my Instant Pot, and keep can-sized portions in my freezer for future cooking. But a one-pound bag of beans makes 4 cans' worth! I'd like to have more variety of beans in my freezer. Do you want some fresh-cooked beans? I can make up batches of several different kinds (chickpeas, kidney, black, navy, and pinto are the ones I make most often). If there are three people interested, I can give you one "can" of each kind. I usually buy my beans in bulk from PCC. What are the benefits? It's much more cost-effective to buy dried beans versus canned, especially for the organic variety. There are anecdotal reports of folks experiencing less of the digestive side-effects of beans when they've been pressure-cooked. And the packaging waste is cut down to almost nothing!
