I have some invasive ivy in my backyard. I spent a few hours in 2018 with a Timebank friend pulling out a yard waste bin full, but that just scratched the surface! This project may take a couple of years to be completed, because ivy just comes back.

For the second year I have missed the best window for this project, "fall when the soil is dry." Argh! But I'll still post this so that maybe around next fall you'll see my request and contact me. And it’s not too late this year: we could still get a bit of it..!

I could use help for an hour. I think I’ll do small increments like that unless my volunteer objects, because my body doesn’t put up with my ambition as much as it once did.

I'll need help with the pulling, and some digging to remove roots, and conceivably some advice about best weedkillers (although I admit I try to avoid those in order to keep the area insect-friendly). I have built up quite a store of Timebank hours, and this is the chore with which I would love the most help!

Thanks!
