Do you have a specific habit or routine you’ve built that has helped you to succeed? I’d love to learn about it. I’m looking for new ways to build good habits. For example, do you bake bread each week? What’s your routine? Other examples might be: an exercise routine, a daily planner routine, travel planning strategies, and more! I’m just interested in learning a new skill/habit I might not even know I need! We can set up a time in whatever format works best—in person, a phone call, over zoom, or through email.
