I make yogurt because I hate buying all those plastic tubs. Homemade yogurt is cheaper, more customizable, and less wasteful. And it's not hard or too time consuming. I make our yogurt most weekends, so come along for the ride and take home your own batch! My method uses a stove, a thermometer, and a cooler -- no special equipment. It takes under an hour of active, even with extra exposition. All you need to provide for this lesson is the milk you want to use and a cooler. You can even borrow a cooler from us.
