MS Word - Middling Experience, maybe a little more.  Used for scientific papers & online publishing

MS Excel - Fairly capable; pivot tables, charts, equations, macros, iterating, VB6, cell formatting & interactive user interfaces

MS PowerPoint - Fairly capable; simple presentations, imbedding objects, dynamic screen objects & custom timing

MS Access - Low experience, but have used it a couple of times for creating sports databases
