Need assist / sewing machine for 2 small repairs

Hello,

Can you help me with 2 small sewing repairs? 

Both are very short, straight seams.

1. A small shirt repair

2. I have recently put new 1/2 " elastic in a pair of PJ pants and just need to secure the ends with machine stitching

so it's secure.

Off -white thread on both (can supply thread).

I live in WS near the Junction - can deliver and p/u to you.
