Have you spent the last few weeks contemplating or starting a health or wellness change for 2021? You are not alone. January is often the month many people decide to try to incorporate new habits. Could you use some help working on developing and maintaining your new healthy habit? Do you need help anticipating and planning for the challenges that pop up when least expected? Perhaps you started and have already given up; even though you know (deep in your heart) it is something that you must do?
I am offering the opportunity for you to work with a partner (me) to move your health goal toward reality. We do this by meeting for 20 minute coaching sessions on Zoom to work on things such as defining your bigger "why", trouble shooting what gets in your way, developing your support network, how you can apply your personal strengths toward achieving this new goal, and many other topics.
To be clear, coaching is not me telling you what to do to be healthy. Instead, coaching helps you identify what is important to you. Together, we will identify your own unique way to achieve your goal in a timeframe and manner that is comfortable to you. You will be supported all along the way by a behavior change professional.
Many things fall under the wide umbrella of health and wellness such as stress management, improved sleep, physical activity/movement/exercise, healthy eating, developing a supportive routine, etc. Perhaps you have been asked by your doctor to make some changes to your lifestyle and have been too overwhelmed to even think of beginning. Those sorts of issues and many others are possibilities for us to work on together.
