The Community Orchard of West Seattle is in the process of transitioning from the summer growing season to the fall and winter seasons. Activities include composting, mulching, cover crop planting and winter greens planting. This is a learning opportunity for the next 2 months on Thursdays from 4-6pm. The community Orchard is located at South Seattle College on the north end of the campus 6000 16th Ave. S.W. Parking is free on campus and the Metro 128 comes directly to the campus.
