quickbooks help

Hi, We have been using quickbooks for our business for 20 years and over that time quickbooks has made it easier to to enter data into the columns  and accounts by clicking and  dragging. My wife is still doing it the old fashion time consuming way. If you are adept in quickbooks and can show us how to convert files such as invoices and get set up with quickbooks online we could certainly use your help.
