Repair Event in White Center

Saturday, May 17th 9:30 am - 12:30 pm 1321 SW 102nd St, 98146 Free community repair event at the White Center Fieldhouse (aka the 'Log Cabin') in King County's Steve Cox Memorial Park. Skilled volunteer 'fixers' will try to repair and mend household items and clothing! First-come, first-served (for people's first items only), as fixers are available. If people bring second items, we'll try to get to those after everyone's first items have been fixed. What to bring: many types of small household and personal items including small appliances and electronics, lamps, vacuums, toys, electric power tools, small furniture such as chairs and drawers, jewelry, clothing and other textiles.
