We need a crew of many hands to help set up stuff for the member gathering at the Lincoln Park picnic shelter #3 and then to help clean it up at the end. We are seeking 6 people per shift to make this an easy and fun experience for everyone involved!
Set up -- 4 PM - 5PM August 20
- Carrying food and supplies from the truck to the shelter
- Arranging and lightly cleaning tables
- Helping guests display food
- You can help earlier, too -- set up could start at 3
- Bonus--SET UP crew members might have better parking options than those who arrive later on.
Clean up -- 7:30 - 8:30 PM August 20
- Light cleaning and packing up
- Carrying stuff from shelter to truck. We will also have use of wagons.
