Shower Curtain Rod Insallation

Please help! My shower curtain rod came crashing down today. I ordered a new one but I am unable to insall because I'm recovering from a wrist injury. It's a tension rod similar to the one  in the photo so it should be quick and easy to install. Thanks in advance!
