Third Act Puget Sound is a group created by Bill Mckibben, founder of 350.org, a climate action group.  Third Act is for folks 60 and older who want to use their time and energy to protect the earth now and for future generations.  The first campaign is to get folks to take their money out of the top fossil fuel funding banks-- Bank of America, Chase, Citibank and Wells Fargo.  On 3/21/23 there will be bank 'actions' across the country with people vocally removing their money from the big 4 as well as participating in forms of Non-Violent Direct Action.

I plan on protesting at Westwood Village on 3/21/23 from 9am-11am and I would love some company!  It doesn't matter if you yourself bank at a credit union or less harmful bank.  You don't have to bank with Bank of America.  You do have to be willing to join me, hold a sign or pass out a flyer explaining how Bank of America is funding climate chaos by funding fossil fuels.  (There will be a large protest from noon to 2 in Capitol Hill.)
