We are looking volunteers on Saturday, November 18th at the Burien Community Center
CASHIERS: Cashiers will be responsible for ringing people up when the art is ready to be purchased. Raffle tickets will also be available for purchase on the cashier counter. Purchases will be handled either using a Square application on a smart device or processing cash or check transactions. There will be a training class on how to use the Square devices and general logistics of the purchasing counter. The training will be held not long before the start of the event--at about 5 PM.
Cashiers with Smart phones assemble at 5:00 or 5:30 PM for brief training and the event opens to the public at 6:30 PM. Cashiers taking cash and checks arrive at 6:00 PM.
WHAT: Burien Arts 20/20 is an extremely fun and unique art show and sale that benefits the Burien Arts Association and Gallery, and helps fulfill the mission of bringing quality and affordable art experiences to Burien and surrounding communities.
