Hi Timebank friends,

Volunteers are needed to help set up chairs and tables for Vision 2020 art gala on November 17th. 

Time frame: Noon to 2pm.

Light lunch and beverages provided.  Large parking lot. 

No heavy lifting required.  The tables roll out of the storeroom and fold out easily to a full size table. 

Travel time is also given!

We have 3 rooms to set up.  Banquet room, silent auction room, and cashier room.
