Cancelled! - Know how to fix stuff? Need something fixed? Join us at the next Fix-it Fair! March 28th

Know how to fix stuff? Need something fixed? Join us at the next Fix-it Fair!

Calling all tinkerers, tailors, dabblers, and do-it-yourselfers!

Zero Waste Washington is a statewide nonprofit that primarily focuses on legislative advocacy but we're also heading up an awesome project called Fix-it Fairs. These hands-on events provide free repair services to community members while helping individuals learn how to repair items - like small appliances, furniture, clothing, jewelry, and bikes - for themselves and others. (Oh, and we provide coffee and snacks too!)

We're looking for folks who can fix/mend as well as general volunteers who'd like to help with the event and meet neat people! You can also bring your own stuff to get fixed... there's a little something for everybody!

WHEN?: The next Fix-it Fair will be.... To be determined

WHERE?: High Point Neighborhood House

Like to repair stuff? Be a fixer at this or one of our upcoming events! Sign up through our Fixer Interest Form

Want to be an amazing general volunteer? Help make the event fun and run smoothly! Sign up through our Volunteer Interest Form

Want to get something fixed? Tell us more! RSVP here and let us know what you’re bringing at FixitFairSeattle@gmail.com. Our fixers can tackle all kinds of things: clothing, lamps, small appliances, small electronics, furniture, jewelry, toys, bikes, and outdoor equipment. Do not bring anything leaking, dangerous, that contains gasoline, or has a strong odor.
