You are on our database site right now. To join, click "Join" on the left side of the screen. Follow the instructions, giving your name, email, and creating your unique password. Go to your email and OPEN the confirmation email we just sent. You must OPEN the email to verify your email. Then log into West Seattle Timebank account online and complete the Profile Status at the top of your account page.
Complete the Profile Status by agreeing to the "terms of service." You must give your birth date so we can do a background check. (Members cannot see your birthdate.)
If you do not agree to background check, we cannot accept your application.

To finalize your membership, a current member must check your photo ID. That member introduces you to this site and explains how Timebank works. Email us at email@example.com to set a date to meet.
Once you receive our confirmation email, login to our Timebank website.
- Fill in your profile! You even get an hour's credit for writing your bio and another hour for uploading your photo.
- Post some skills and talents that you LIKE offering to our individual and member nonprofits.
- Post requests for what other members might do for you.
You can ask a coordinator (firstname.lastname@example.org) for help at any time.
Attend gatherings to get to know other Timebankers and build community. Generally potlucks are once a month and we have many events throughout the month with our member organizations.
