The Officers of the West Seattle Timebank Board
- All officers shall serve a term of two (2) years from election or until their successors are elected.
- All officers shall serve as members of the Executive Board.
The duties and powers of the officers shall be as follows:
President:
- Preside at all Board Meetings of the corporation,
- Call regular and special meetings as needed,
- Chair the Executive Board,
- Oversee the activities of the other officers, and all grant projects
Vice President(s): 3 positions – West Seattle, Burien & White Center
- In the absence or inability of the president to perform his or her duties the First Vice President shall assume all duties and privileges of the President.
- Vice Presidents selected to represent the area in which they live. The First Vice president is decided by the most recent date of election.
- The Vice President(s) shall serve as a member of the Executive Board.
Secretary:
- Keep minutes of all Executive Board Meetings,
2. Attend to the official correspondence of the Corporation,
3. Serve as a member of the Executive Board and
4. Perform all duties incident to the office of Secretary.
Treasurer:
- Be responsible for all monetary matters of the Corporation:
- Serve as a member of the Board and the Executive Committee,
- Perform all duties incident to the Office of Treasurer.
At Large:
- Serve as a member of the Board
- Attend board meetings
- Support Timebank events and gatherings
